TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

The following “Terms of Service” (hereinafter referred to as the “TOS” or “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions. By hiring or engaging Cedar Creek Construction LLC ("we", "our", or "us") for construction services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide a range of construction services including but not limited to: - Residential and Commercial Construction - Renovations and Remodeling - Deck and Patio Installations - Concrete and Masonry Work. All services will be outlined in a written estimate or contract before work begins.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A detailed scope of work will be provided before project start. Work will commence once the contract is signed and required deposit is received.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your project. - Remaining payments will be made in milestones or upon completion, as outlined in your agreement. - Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee.

5. Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be provided but are subject to change due to weather, availability of materials, and unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any major changes.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: - Provide clear access to the job site - Notify us of any known hazards or restrictions - Communicate openly and timely about any concerns

8. Warranties

We offer a limited warranty of 1 year on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used. Warranty is void if there is misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Liability

We carry general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for: - Delays caused by third-party vendors or subcontractors - Damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues - Acts of God (e.g., storms, floods, etc.)

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Client is responsible for paying for work completed and any custom-ordered materials up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in State of Georgia.
